Game changer for my pizza! And now German pretzels!

Love this mixer. I’m a complete newbie, and now I make the best pizzas, better than the restaurants. At first I mixed my hand. . and it was good… BUT! I got this mixer and it’s a whole new level. Now I have Koda2, all the Ooni accessories (peel, brush, turning peel , and even the Ooni scale!) LOVE all of my Ooni products! Top quality, and made me, along with Vito’s YouTube videos, the pizza master in my family. It has been lots of fun for the family! Creating memories!

Great for dough, not so great for the rest

I bought this mixer for the spiral dough feature, and that feature works as advertised. I can prep double the amount of dough than with a 5 Qrt KitchenAid previously. So, that’s fine. The whip and paddle are useless however. A slight redesign of the whip could make this an excellent machine.

I LOVE IT!!! I have no words. I am a novice sourdough baker and it has helped me make multiple loaves at once without breaking my arm 😂. It is a work horse!! I am grateful to the person who recommended it.

It’s fantastic! I can make large batches of dough at once. There are other options in this category, but the Ooni form factor and size work best for me. The price is a bit steep, though.

Need Part Sold Separately!

I need at least 2 more mixing bowls and would love an extra paddle. I bake in batches (5 loaves) but while one is doing its autolyse I would love to be able to move on to the next round. I would give a 5 star review if it wasn't for this, I love everything else, but I hate the constrainment.

Bought this for my wife. She makes bread a few times a week. She loves it. This machine is heavy duty, mixes dough great. No need to babysit it as it mixes.
Easily mixes 4 loaves at a time. Very happy with this mixer.
