Quality Storage Bin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This storage bin is the prefect size for under bed storage if you have limited storage space. You can put your winter clothes in it and store it under the bed in summer. They are made with strong plastic, very high quality, not easy to break. The lid seals well, so you don’t have to worry about anything get into the bin.

Good Quality and Tight Lids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Iris Weather Pro Storage Bins are good quality and feel really well made. The grid layout on the lids and body of the bins make it strong and not as flimsy.The 41 Quart size is a good capacity to hold a lot of items without having to dig through two layers of items. I think this shorter height than the deeper bins will be really useful to hold things that I don’t necessarily want to stack and it can hold a decent amount of things like multiple winter jackets. The closures are really tight and some do take a bit more strength to snap them in place, so it might be an issue for people with hand strength issues. There are also a total of 6 latches, which might be inconvenient if you are opening this regularly. However, the latches make this really tight and will keep out the elements. The lids fit really tightly on the bins and have foam around the edges to ensure a snug fit. I found that the latches make it comfortable to hold and carry the bins. I was expecting the foam to be softer and had a fear they would break down easily but they are a bit more substantial and harder than I expected. It is important that storage bins stack really well to maximize space and do not fall over. These bins do fit on top of each other easily and can stack with other sized bins from the line. I would suggest you look up which bins can go together because there seems to be two general groupings of bins in this weather pro line that cannot be mixed. It is unfortunate that all of them cannot be stacked and I also wasn’t able to easily stack them on top of other Iris branded bins from another line that was very close in size. The bin didn’t have any noticeable smell or scents, which makes me more comfortable storing food or clothing items inside. I look forward to using these bins to organize and store out of season items and overflow.

I like the 6 locks versus one on each end.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every year I do my Christmas shopping ahead of time. This way I'm not shopping at the last minute as well as paying higher prices. I needed some storage containers to hide some of the gifts I bought for my two grandsons. I keep some gifts in the master closet and others in a small room at the end of the master bathroom. I use this room as a storage room so I don't have to store things in the garage. One day Logan asked me if I kept their gifts in the master closet. I need to hide them somewhere else! The little dudes are always looking around to see what they could find.
Good thing I just received the Iris storage containers a couple of days ago. This comes in a set of three. The first thing I notice is there are 6 locks. One on each end as usual and two on each side. This is the first time I've ever seen a container with 2 locks on each side. A great improvement. The containers are very strong and sturdy made of heavy plastic. I had to use both hands to press the locks down. At first I thought the lids were not the correct ones. After pressing harder it finally locked. A few did not require the extra strength to press the locks down. Looks like the containers are going to last quite awhile.
I'm using one of the containers to store some extra large tissue paper. I really didn't have a place for the tissue since they're so big. Folded in half they fit nicely in the container. As you know tissue paper is very delicate so now I don't need to worry about them getting damaged.
The other two containers have Christmas gifts in them. Hopefully the two little guys won't notice. After Christmas, I am going to store some things that belonged to the two little guys. Things like some of cute clothes to toys and their favorite dishes. These things when they were tots up age around 7. The guys are 10 and 12 now. I'm saving things for their kids. They will be nice keepsakes when that day comes. I did that for my son Chris. The two little guys are his kids. When they were born they were able to wear the few outfits I saved all those years. I stored those things in boxes using the Iris storage containers will be much better as far as keeping any insects out.
The containers filled with the contents I put in was still manageable to move around. However if the contents were heavy enough and you are a small person it would be difficult for you to move them a round. The size of these containers would make it cumbersome.
The only thing I wished is that the containers were taller so I could store more things in them. I would definitely recommend these. It is endless what you can store in them.

Excellent bins.

Not only are they great for indoors, but also in the garage on when we go camping. The locking lids assure nothing falls out. They are stackable which makes them easy for storage. They are very sturdy as well as substantial in size. They're a winner for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bin is not very deep, but if what you are looking to store is not tall, then the width and depth of this is quite spacious. The beat thing about this is that the lid is sturdy and stays on securely.

Solid design and seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With yet another year approaching and more decorations, I wanted to see how this stacked up in my attic with Halloween decorations. Solid design and I like the way the lid seals. It feels super secure and I can hold a good amount of decorations. Curious to see how it does in a year with keeping some of the more fragile stuff in tact. Like that it's clear so I can see easily what's in the box.

Perfect storage size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This storage unit fits in the back of my vehicle perfectly. It is strong and durable and fits a lot without being too small or too large. I filled it with with items for underprivileged when I volunteer. I can also re orient it sideways and I can stack and place items on it safely without damaging it. It also fit under the bed well before I filled it and out it in my car. I love this size and the strong latches.
