The texting features are all there. Of course the quality is there as well. Have had zero problems with this phone. I run my business through my phone so having a compatible phone is a must

Yes, it's time to upgrade

I think the name change to "Ultra" from "Note" is silly, but oh, well.

What impresses me most is the battery life... I don't live on my phone, but use it moderately throughout the day, an so far I've only had to charge it every three days. This is by far the most battery saving smart phone I've ever owned. I'm also impressed with improved speed of fingerprint lock, which is my personal choice for locking my phone.
The camera shows improvement also.... in particular, the macro mode.

I'm not one to upgrade EVERY year...generally just every 2 or 3 years, and was on the fence about spending the $$$$ for this model, but am happy I did now.
My only complaints are: Price...way too expensive, decreased trade in values, and lack of SD card. It seems phone manufacturers are increasingly trying to make their products disposable, so you will keep buying newer models. Fair enough, but if you're going to push disposability, price should reflect said disposability.
While I thoroughly enjoy this phone, my approach for selecting my next phone will change, and I'll start looking more for VALUE, than features.

Great colors and the size of the screen helps me to browse in the internet and do my MS Office work easy. I use MS Excel on my phone very often. The clearness and the size of the screen helps me a lot.
I often watch movies and videos on my phone. The speed is great. I don't see any lagging. It has to be as a result of the new processor they use in the new Samsungs.
I am not a pro, but I really like taking picture and share it on social media. I often get good reviews on the quality of my pictures.

If they ask me is there anything bad, I would say NO...

Insane battery life
