A+ Phone and A+ Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using iPhones the past few years it's so great to come back to Android. I had one of the Note 7's last from Samsung and this device brings back so many great memories from that phone. The design and usability if the device is second to none. Really love the constant reliable updates as well. Something I used to only be able to get from Google phones either Pixel or Nexus devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for work play and social media it has great color and speed. The battery life is unbelievable. I can go between apps with such ease. The stylus and it features are great. It makes life easy when I need to take notes. Plus the camera is unbelievable I take so many pictures that look very professional of my grand daughter that people think she went to a studio.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wonderful perk the Samsu g phones have always had besides wonderful cameras, was the option to add external memory through SD cards.
Digital isn't always best. I'd rather the option to remove my SD card if I needed to.

Hello Leighann, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. We understand the hesitancy to switch from physical storage capacity to digital storage options. We would be more than happy to review the options with you help you feel more comfortable in your decision. We do also still have a few phone options available with the physical storage expansion capabilities but they will not have all the amazing features like the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Samsung Support Team can assist you in reviewing all of the options available to you and helping to choose the best options to align with your needs and wants. We appreciate you being a loyal Samsung customer, and hope you have a great day. -Elizabeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never had issues with Samsung since I was able to purchase them. The 23 Ultra is the same in that regard. Coming with a standard 256g storage was a nice perk this year and I hope that stays with the following +/ultra versions to come. I would recommend this product to anyone, especially iphone users who need to break away from the sheep mentality and become a wolf!
