[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Screen quality is questionable. Not the image, The actual glass itself is showing scratches, And its very disappointing. especially after paying the EXTRA $ For the liquid glass screen protection. only to find out that its a scam also.

Hello JJMC07, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. This display of this device is manufactured using Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for greater durability. However without knowing the details of the brand of screen protection or what may have caused this difficulty, we would recommend reaching out to Customer Care+ or the Samsung Support Team for assistance with potential warranty options. We appreciate you being a Samsung customer and look forward to assisting you further. -Elizabeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. It's ability to multitask, allowing me to review and sign forms with the S_pen and Docusign is amazing. I can draw sketches and send them out for quick collaboration and research information on products I may need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for work, communication and gaming. It performs everything flawlessly. The only thing that isn't great is the screen. It stretches very easily, and the screen cracked after being dropped while sitting on a bench.
