Disappointed – Connectivity Issues, Mediocre Audio

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately they’ve been a letdown. The audio quality is just okay—not noticeably better than my older Samsung earbuds, which was disappointing considering the price and the Bose name.
The most frustrating part is the connectivity. The earbuds constantly struggle to connect properly. Even when they say they’re connected and I can hear my music or show, they’ll still play the connection sound like they’re trying again. It’s disruptive and makes the experience feel unreliable.
The noise cancelling could also be better, and the voice levels aren’t loud enough to clearly hear over the music. But the final straw for me was the fit—any time I’m even a little active, they fall out. For something marketed as premium, this is just not acceptable.
Sadly, I wouldn’t purchase Bose again due to these ongoing connectivity issues. I also own three high-end Bose Bluetooth speakers and they all have similar problems. At this point, I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problem with these earphones is that are constantly popping out. I did fit them to my ear. Problem remains. I only use them when sitting g at work.

Comfy, but they don't fit my ears. Great noise cancelling, but the left bud stopped working. Ultimately returning to get some xm5 buds

Amazing quality, not very loud

I love the quality and fit, however the max volume is not as loud as I would like it to be, my ears should be bleeding by the end of my listening sessions. Over all an amazing headphone though, would recommend.

J'ai du Bose comme écouteurs boutons depuis des années toujours du bonheur. Mais là avec de il"mmersion vraiment pour moi la perfection. Tenue aux oreilles, qualité, design, couleur, couleur et sa taille.
