But what was really great was the lady who took care of me. Instead of pushing me off on some other person she really helped me get what I needed. Wish I knew her name as she was really super helpful

The hole punch was easy to assemble and easy to use. It took me less than a minute to set up and began using.

Does the job

Works great. Easy to punch holes and I found the sliding ruler does not shift like some others reviewers stated. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Cheaply made. Includes metal clip but no instructions on what to do with it. (under to keep guide in place) Doesn't work clip pops off easily and ruler is constantly moving.

Works like a champ! We even punch holes through thin aluminum straps.
