[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is actually my second one. I absolutely love these products. This product is well made and light weight. Instructions are very easy to follow. I love the rotating pad it really give a deep clean to my flooring but also with the swiveling bottom I use this on my tub/shower and cleans like a charm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy it is to put together out of the box. Just fill up the water reservoir and it steams up in less than a minute. So useful for the kitchen tiled floors. Haven’t used it on hardwood yet but love it for the sideboards and tile. Scrubbing action does remove stains. Love that you can wash the scrub pads in the washer. No need for the disposable pads anymore. Gets a thumbs up from our home.

The best mop alternative ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop. It is super easy to use and saves so much time. I have 5 cats and a dog, my floors get gross quickly and are very difficult to keep clean. This mop takes all the effort out of scrubbing the floor. What use to take almost an hour takes about 15 mins. The cord is super long and the steam mop is very sturdy but not to heavy. With the spin setting it basically walks on the floor all by itself. This has made my floors look great andy life so much easier. This is my 4th of 5 big shark item and I seriously love them all. Shark is such an innovative and dependable brand it's my new go to.

Great Steam Mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second steam mop I've owned and it is far superior to my other one. It is easy to use, not too much resistance or pressure to mop the floor and it isn't super loud. It leaves the floor shiny and spotless, not many streaks if you follow the directions. I was nervous to use it on my hardwoods but everything seems fine so far. I try to mop at least once a week, having the steam kill germs is important to me. I didn't even know I had been missing this mop until I had it. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this at my work to clean the floors. It does a great job with no sweating included. You just put water in the steam cleaner and it goes to work on the floors. It doesn't leave them very wet either so it dries up quick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my brand new shark steam and scrub the steam blaster technology about two weeks ago. Let me tell you this is the best steam mop for hard surface flooring I have ever used. The steam blast technology is amazing for getting out those tough hard to get out surface soils. I could not be happier with my shark steam mop with dual action heads that rotate. If you have hard surface flooring, this is absolutely the best steam mop I can recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a steam mop before but it just wasn't that great. It would move the dirt around. You really have to vacuum well before you use a steam mop because this does not actually pick up the loose dirt. It was easy to put together, however, when I was trying to turn it on the first time, it kept blinking. You need to pull back the handle for it to start. It uses distilled water to preserve the inside parts. The hot water will disinfect your floor but I also squirted a bit of cleaner on the floor after a pet accident. You should not add chemicals to the water reserve. Once turned on, it kind of moves itself around but it is not hard to pull back. I love that it has lights so you can see the dirt better. It has 4 pads, which I definitely need. I do pet sitting and my floors get filthy quickly so the added extra pads allow me to continue on instead of stopping to wash the pads. The water reserve is not large so you will have to add more water. I didn't see a notification light as to when the water is low, which would help. There may be one, but I didn't see it. This mop gets the job done quickly! And most importantly feels so nice on my feet after I am done. The rotating pads really do a good job. There is a steam button for heavily soiled spots. It did not get rid of some of the dried-up gook but I just took a sponge and scrubbed it a little. I like not having to use harmful chemicals to clean the floor and feel good using this around pets. The pads are easily washed in the washing machine and you can add bleach if they become stained. I have used this on both tile and laminate. I am extremely happy with this mop. It definitely beats using a regular mop.
