Cleans hard floors and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed how easy this Shark Steam and Scrub Mop is to use to clean my hard floors. First, I add distilled water to the tank, then I plugged the mop in and press a button to select light, normal or deep cleaning. Wait 30 seconds for the water to warm up and produce steam and start mopping. With 3 cats and a family this is great and easy on my hardwood floors. I love there is no chemicals to use just steam from the distilled water and that the mop gently scrubs and sanitizes all at once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's really impressive how well this cleans! It constantly creates steam while mopping and spinning, but there is an extra steam shot that gives a nice cloud of steam for harder to remove spots. I have ceramic tile with deep grout in my kitchen, dining, hall and bathroom and find it hard to mop effectively. I'm really happy with Sharks steam and scrub. It not only loosens grime and dirt but also sanitizes the floor. I use distilled water and can usually mop for about 15 minutes before having to refill. The pads are easily washed in the washer. I use cold water and laundry sanitizer to clean the pads, they come out white every time. I like the spin feature and the adjustable cleaning force. This is the best floor cleaning invention ever!

We do have a different product that works on hard floors but this one seems to work 10x better and I love it. Our dogs tend to have accidents on the floors from time to time and this helps with cleaning up all that mess that they make. Definitely love shark items.

A really great Hard Floor Steam Mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed with the Shark Steam & Scrub with Steam Blaster Technology! There are 3 cleaning modes for normal everyday cleaning, light cleaning and deep cleaning and not only does it clean your floor wonderfully, it also sanitizes with the power of steam that makes me feel so good about cleaning my home. This is a powerful mop but has very easy to use controls and there's even a LED headlights to spot hard to see messes. The rotating pads move at 150 scrubs a minutes, how incredible is that!?! After tidying, you can wash and reuse the pads. This mop has everything you need to keep your floor clean and sanitized. I use it whenever I have a big mess or just my daily surface cleaning and its my favorite mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this steam mop!!! This model is so much easier to use than the other model I had. This mop comes with 4 pads. You use 2 at a time. They attach to the mop easily, stay attached, come off easily, and come clean easily. I washed mine by hand with liquid laundry detergent. The cord is super long and the water tank holds enough water to clean a large area before needing to be refilled. You can see the water level fairly easily to determine if water needs to be added. The mop heats up quickly, too. The mop has some self propelled ability, especially the higher the setting. It takes very little effort to move the mop. The bottom of the mop also folds to help make storing easy. The only negative, which isn't a big deal, is that the hand doesn't go into a storage rack very easily compared to the previous model. It will hang, but can be easily knocked off since it doesn't sit in the cradle very well. This does NOT make me love this steam mop any less. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this mop!!! It actually made me WANT to clean.

Cleaning with steam alone did not do the job A little liquid cleaner would do the job.The good points it’s light weight and the controls are at your fingertips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got rid of carpeting in my home several years ago and am very happy with tile and LVP now. The only thing I don’t like is the haze that can build up. The Shark Steam And Scrub did a great job getting rid of that.
It has spinning pads on the base (a smaller version of what you used to see the janitor use at school) that you can double up with steam that you spray. You will need to use distilled water for this.
This won’t replace vacuuming and mopping, but it is great for use in high traffic areas to get rid of stubborn paw prints and restore shine without wax.
