Meh. well made, not the best in efficient cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its ok. The mop is easy to use and the steam blaster technology is somewhat effective at loosening dirt and grime. However, the mop does not do a great job at actually cleaning my floors and I often find myself going over the same areas multiple times to get them truly clean. Additionally, the mop leaves behind some water, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, while it's is not a terrible product, it is not the best one out there and I would not necessarily recommend it to others.

Love it! This thing worked WONDERS on our downstairs tile. We have 3 dogs and the tile and grout get dirty fast! We'll just need to order more more mop heads. =D

Little effectiveness

Floor was kitchen with marble composite. Device and steam did little to clean floor. Appears it will only maintain new floor cleanliness.

My tile floor has never been cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a busy house with lots of people in and out, my floors get filthy. I’ve tried using easy mops but they don’t ever really work that well. With this steam mop, my floors have never been cleaner. It’s not heavy and it’s so easy to use.

Powerful and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After just a handful of runs with this steam mop I threw out my old manual mop and will never look back. The steaming capability is tough and cleans out even the more stubborn stains on the floor that I didn't even know I could take out. Highly recommended

Love for dirty tile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great to clean dirty tile. Found it easy to use as well. The weight is appropriate for all the scrubbing power and is otherwise slender so is easy to store. Not something I use for every day but love it for a deep clean.
