Pads don't last

Pads don't last. Wash them on a delicate cycle just like my other steam mop products, and they are falling apart. Lasted 2 washes before tearing on the edges of the pads.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This thing has power. Hold on tight, it has a mind of its own. Great scrubber. Lots of steam and surge spray. Done with floors in minutes.

I bought a Shark robot vacuum because we have a German Shepard and he sheds a lot. We were also having a real problem with dust. The robot vacuum exceeded our expectations and I came across the steam mop and thought it would be a valuable addition to our cleaning tools and I was impressed immediately. It immediately cuts down on the time and effort of mopping and it sanitizes as it cleans without harsh chemicals. The best part of the robot vacuum and the steam mop is dust is. I longer a problem for us. We’re still early in our time with the steam mop but early indications are looking good. I’m extremely satisfied with our steam mop.

This does exactly what I needed and works very well. Cord is long enough to not have to constantly move plug. Heats quickly and scrubs most debris easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] perfect for a nice quick floor clean. We still get out the pine sol every couple of weeks to mop the entire floor. but, this is perfect for the sticky spots, or dog prints by the backdoor. Really convenient.

I just purchased my Shark Steam & Scrub and have used it once so far. I love it! It did a really good job on my tile floors and was very easy to use. I love the scrubbing heads that rotate which means I do not have to continually push and pull the machine back and forth the way I did with my old steamer. It also puts out a lot more steam than my old steamer. I would recommend it for sure.
