Good Steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give it 5 stars, but there's just a couple things that I don't like. Having an 8 month old crawling around on the floors, I wanted a steamer so I'm not using any harsh chemicals. The tile in my kitchen doesn't look quite as clean as it does when it is mopped, and it did almost nothing for my grout lines. Still had to go over it with a mop after. Does well on the hardwood floors, but not as great on the tile. Also, refilling the water is kind of a pain, and I feel like this could be a good floor buffer, but it doesn't quite have that capability

Floors have a noticeable difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors throughout my home and keeping them clean is always tricky because I have a dog & two kids. This Shark hardwood floor cleaner does an amazing job at cleaning and my floors look great!
First of all, assembling this floor mop is super easy. You just insert the handle in place and attach the two mop heads firmly. You do receive 4 mop heads total. It’s important to make sure they’re on completely because it will become loose and fly off which is what happened to me.
I love the feature on the water tank. Just pull the lid down and fill with water (it says to use distilled water but I just used tap water and it was fine). A flask is included to fill the tank. The clear window allows you to see the maximum fill line.
This mop has a light on it! Another wonderful feature! When you plug it in, the display will blink and that’s where you select your settings (deep, normal or light). It says to give it about 30 seconds to produce steam. Use your foot to keep the mop in place and pull back on the unit back to start mopping.
You’ll need a firm grip on it while mopping. You can feel the rotating pads kind of pull it somewhat but it’s easy to control. The mop isn’t noisy at all. If you need a burst of steam for troubled spots, you can press the steam button (burst). I found that it really doesn’t really help much for tougher messes such as track marks left from a hoverboard that wasn’t supposed to be used indoors. This steam mop produces a good amount of steam and my floors look absolutely amazing now & so clean. I’d also like to mention that the pads are soft and I didn’t notice any damage to my floors such as scratching the surface at all.
I absolutely recommend this product as it has many fantastic features! It has a slim (not bulky) look that’s easy to store when not in use.

Best steam clean for floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop for the hard wood floors in my apartment. I have tried other manual mops and they worked - no problem. But soon as I tried this steam mop of SHARK - I fell in love. It is very easy to maneuver and use.
I don't have to use my energy to scrub. The machine does the work. There are three settings to control the speed of scrubbing. There's also steam blaster, to produce more steam if you got a real sticky mess you wanna get off. The pads (4 comes in box) are washing machine safe.
Very easy to fill water with the provided tumbler. Easy to empty it out. The bottom gets hot, so per the instruction - only remove pads/water once the machine has cooled down.
Cleans very well. No chemicals and steam helps break down any mess and sanitizes the floors. I'd recommend.

Best steam mop I've ever used

One bottle of water and my floors are clean. No detergents needed. At all. Pop on the spinning microfiber pads, fill the reservoir with bottled water only, set the cleaning level, and the way you go. I finally have a steam mop that leaves my floors unbelievably clean and without ANY streaks! I’ve tried so many products on the market. This steam mop is a game changer — best one I’ve found because it now finally feels like getting a germ free real deep clean. Mop was super easy to put together. The steam heats up so fast and floors dry even faster so no wet socks! Sturdy, well-made. Very happy with the product…! Thank you Shark Products.

Steam and scrub

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam and scrub mop with the steam blaster so much, I’m so happy I finally have one! My friend has had one for years and always talked about how great it was, I just didn’t see the sense in having one if you could use a antibacterial cleaning soap. My friends mop is an older version, I showed her this one now she wants to upgrade. I can notice a huge difference in using a steam and scrub than just your normal scrubbing or mopping, I can actually see the difference and I can see what has been left behind. This is so easy to use, you don’t need to use any chemicals and you can just wash the reusable pads. I love it and I feel that my floors are much cleaner and I can use it in all of my floors without cleaning chemicals.

I cleaned my floors and did not believe how it worked. It was like a professional came in and did it. It scrubbed and sanitized my floors. A steam mop with steam blaster spray. It is chemical free. You just use distilled water. There are three cleaning modes and four pads included. Designed for all hardwood floors. I would recommend this Shark Steam and Scrub to anyone. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whoa this steamer is no joke.Great on ceramic tile.Used in the kitchen on textured ceramic tile. It cleaned all the nooks and crannies in the texture and the floor looks new. I highly recommend the Shark to make floor scrubbing an easier task.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only mop you will ever need for a hard floor. Using on hard wood floors currently with great success. Some of the benefits over other mop products include: lack of harsh chemicals (utilizes steam sanitization), re-usable/washable pads, and numerous settings depending on the surface and how dirty it is. I can't think of a reason to own any other mop.
