This charcoal lights almost instantly. No need for lighter fluid, or balls of newspaper. Just hit a briquettes with a match and it takes right off. It doesn't take long for them to turn white and start cooking either. I am very impressed with this charcoal and love that smoky flavor propane can never match.

I have been strapped for charcoal while camping in the past and forced to use other brands and hated the process. Now, I make sure I'm fully stocked up before we leave and never go camping without it!

This is the easiest charcoal to light and is the only one we take when traveling. There is no need to worry about packing lighter fluid to take along. It heats quickly and easily.
