So disappointed

Bought large bag of Kingsford Matchlight charcoal so I could just light it and be done. However, after 20 minuets of trying to light it, finally gave up and cooked inside. I tried matches, paper, fully lit matchbooks to no avail. I would never buy this charcoal again. Waste of money!!
Pros: Makes Food Taste Better

I bought Kingsford Match Light. I would not buy this product again. No matter how many times I try to light it, I am unable to light.
What a shame that it does not work. I have had three meals put off because of it. Guess I will have to purchase lighter fluid so that I am able to grill out.

Worst ever

We bought this charcoal and it would not light for nothing! We tried several times and nothing!!! We finally used lighter fluid, but we had to use half a bottle for this charcoal to light. Never again!! It must have been a dud bag or something but it was a nightmare!!!
Pros: never would buy it again

We have no problems with it even on windy days. We love charcoal food and use it all the time.
Pros: Easy to Use, Ready to Grill on Quickly, Good Value, A Brand I Trust

I have used Kingsford for all of my adult life but the last year or so I have noticed that the brickets are not lighting like they use to. This includes the one I am reviewing now the MatchLight. I have had to use lighter fluid and in fact it isn't working as well as in the past . WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR PRODUCT!!!! I know I won't receive an answer but just thought I would send in a review!!!

Just went through 3 separate bags that would not light. Same thing happened last year twice. What's the point if you still need lighter fluid?
