Great for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product because of the great sale price. So far it works as expected and advertised. I use it to vacuum the basement carpet. I would, however, prefer another model that may be a little sleeker and not as bulky.

I would never buy another Oreck vacuum

I bought a Oreck xl vacuum and the belt kept burning up. It came with an extra belt and we used that right away. I couldn't believe how cheaply this thing was made. Very poor suction. Just threw it in the trash yesterday. Got tired of it just taking up space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
