At first I was a little weary of it because there was a ton of smoke, but as the my all heated up they produced such an amazing amount of heat. I used it in my smokeless smoke pit and put a grill piece on top of it. It cooked my chicken all the way through, and even cooked chopped potatoes to the perfect softness inside and a slight crunch outside. Definitely worth it!!

Consistent flame and delicious results

The briquets light up quickly and maintain a stable heat, allowing for precise cooking. And this is wonderful for me , it really gave me confidence in what I’m doing

Easy to light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The charcoals are easy to light and keeps the fire going. I found that using these bricks burn out faster than the original bricks. I will say once it is hot it will cook meat very well and evenly.
