It works!

It does exactly what I want it to do. I can have grilled food all year long. Even when I do not use the smoke feature, the food still tastes grilled. I have not used the smoke feature in months and I use this appliance several times a week. This appliance is worth it for me.

Seems ok Fan makes a lot of noise. Needs a heaver top, thin tom makes it seem cheap. Temperature probe would be a nice optiion.
