(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Headset/speaker quality is great. I still can't figure out now to successfully connect the mic to my computer though. Lenovo sent me a new pair I hope they work.
I don't love the lack of adjustability for the headband/head area. It always gets loose, then squeezes my cheeks once the headset starts to slide down my face.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Lenovo Legion H500 Pro. We're glad to hear that you're pleased with the headset's sound quality and overall audio performance.
We're sorry to learn about the difficulties you've experienced with the microphone setup and fit. We understand how frustrating it is to encounter microphone connectivity issues, especially when using the headset for communication and gaming. We're pleased to hear that a replacement headset has been arranged and hope it resolves the issue.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the headband design and adjustability. Comfort is an important part of the user experience, and we understand how a loose fit or pressure around the cheeks can become uncomfortable during extended use.
Your feedback regarding microphone functionality and headset ergonomics will be shared with our product teams for review. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for choosing Lenovo.
Regards,
Thomas, Lenovo

7.1 surround sound button just makes things echo. mic is decent and clear, but obviously not as good as an actual desk mic. the earcuffs are comfortable and the sound is also good for the price!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my 2nd time purchasing these headphones, this time as a gift for a family member who is a big gamer/streamer. These are some of the most comfortable headphones I’ve owned, and use them for both gaming and work.
They are comfortable enough to wear all day long, have great audio, and an extra long cable to accommodate any gaming setup. The audio features allow you to choose an output that fits your game for maximum performance.
I would recommend this to a friend!
