Big but not too big...and great

The phone itself is fairly large. It's right on the border of being too big but doesn't go over. The tensor chip runs it buttery smooth. The live translation is amazing. The camera..my lord the camera is out of this world. I'm still finding secrets out about this phone but I love it.
The Pixel 6 Pro is a very solid phone with pretty solid performance. However, a few very glaring issues do exist, primarily with the battery performance. First off, the Pixel 6 Pro does not support anything that resembles quick charging at all. Charging the phone to 100%, even with a 30 Watt charger, takes at least 2 hours when the phone is powered on and below ~30% charge. My previous Moto phones all supported truly quick charging. What's worse is that the Pixel 6 Pro's battery that is rated at ~5000 mAh barely lasts a full 24 hours, while my Moto Z4 easily lasted 3-4 days when it was new. The battery performance is the biggest knock against a really nice phone, although another issue that may be more Android 12 related is that media audio seems to be aggregated with Bluetooth audio, which leads to undesired results when listening to music and playing games with ads at the same time.
I hope all of these phones aren't as bad as the one I got. It crashes, it restarts, it powers off, it changes settings on its own, can't hear phone calls. I have had to reset it to factory settings twice. I realize this is a new release but this is not acceptable. The worst part of this process is I can't get through to Google to resolve the problem. If anyone (especially someone from Google) can provide a phone number so I can actually speak to someone to get help that would be great. Been trying for 2 months to get help. Very frustrated.
Ordered before I was able to see them in store. Would probably have gotten the smaller 6. The 6 pro is very long, like a long john donut and really proportions imbalanced in your hand, add to that a glass back ensures that it slides off of nightstand bed, hand everything. The edges on the pro taper where they are squared off on the regular 6 which means it sits very oddly in the palm of your hand adding to the imbalance. The software is fine and smooth and slick. I have the refresh rate reduce down to 90 all the time, and yet the battery life is still only 5 hours.Sigh. We'll have to wait a while to either go iPhone 14 or something else. Bummer.
So far so good. My 6 pro replaced a pixel 2xl. Transfer of all apps and info went flawlessly. Performance is excellent. I am still learning so I will update in the future.
