Like these for a variety of subjects. Works well with page protectors and notebook paper. The pockets are a definite plus for adding quick reference page or notes. I have several of these to help me stay organized. Yes I recommend it.

I first purchased two folders and got my papers in them and liked them so well I came back the following day and purchased 2 more. I liked that the plastic is heavy duty and appears it will hold up to regular use without tearing or bending.

It has more substance & strength than cheaper cardboard versions. Great for things that I want to keep longer.
