I slid a 8 1/2 x 11 inch letter folded in halfinto the envelop. Then added a 4 inch piece of scotch tape to seal the flap closed. UPS accepted the sealed envelop and charged me $121.66 to send it to Belleek a small community in Northern Ireland. Next time I will use the United States Postal Service.
