I often shop a Staples because you have pretty much anything I would need for school home work or even gifts. I especially appreciate the availability of disposable or consumable products i.e. Paper towels and pretzels etc. respectively. There are a few things that i am often erked by such as the high sticker prices on individual items sucha s loose leaf bindersnd subject seperators and oddds and end items. I do understand that Staples is set up for business and volume consumption but there are many pewople who like to exercise one stop shopping when they need school supplies for the kids as well as a case of paper for the office. In addition I would like to mention that many of Staples special sales which are very attractive on their face sour somwhat for me when i realize that i will not really be recieving my discount untyil I go home and boot up the computer and seeek out all the numerical codes and confirn thier placement and then double check each and every character and item description before e-mailing it back to Staples. Now I simply have to wait six to eight weeks to recieve a plastic card in the mail that may be worth as litttle a two or three dollars which can only be redeemed a store credit. Most of the time I bypass these offers as i simply find the process a nusance and not woth the time and effort as well as patience for the amount saved. I like to conclude my busness at the point of purchase and not become a coupon collector. This makes me feel like a miser and a bean counter. this is not the same thing as a housewife collecting coupons for food on a weekly basis as they pay off at the register each week with savings of tens of dollars on a regular basis over a protracted period of time consistantly which could save a house hold thousands of dollars per year and can average out to a predictable annual budget saving. I even find store coupons more trouble than they are worth as My diet does not include many discountable items. If somethin is in sale I will purchase more of whatever it is on the spot and appreciat the savings incentive on the spot. This has been a "pet peeve " of ine and I am relieved to have this opportunity to express it. Thank you for the opportunity to voive my views
There are no differences between Staples (generic) products and name brands. In fact I found these envelopes to be superior in quality to ones bought the time before.
