I needed a router for my son. First a bright student from IUP that works at Staples investigated the products and explained the features. She even tried to price check the items to see if I could get a better deal. Later the manager helped me and even spoke to my son on the telephone to get more information. He also explained if my son needed a larger range how an attachment works with the router to extend the range. I bought the router and my son is very happy. Thanks!
