Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This comes in pretty handy with distance learning. We do not have a pencil sharpener in our house, or at least we can never find one when we need it. So I thought these mechanical pencils would be a great solution. I am also using them for work and for personal. I like that they have a multitude of colors, so each family member knows which one is their pencil. And they last forever! My middle child has been doing cursive work with one and she's nearly through the whole packet and we have not had to add led or switch pencils! It's great! These last a long time, write smoothly, and are great for personal, school, or work use.

Great idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off love the fact these pencils are made from.recycled plastic. My children love and prefer mechanical pencils to pencils I have to sharpen. These pencils hold up well to my young sons hard hand. I find alptnof pencils break easily and quickly woth the force he uses to push down. These didn't do that. He also loved the fact each pencil is a different color and not just a plain black. The pencils were easy to grip and easy to refill. I really love these pencils

Awesome Mechanical Pencil

These Eco friendly mechanical pencils write smooth and have strong long lasting lead. My son writes hard and he has experienced very little lead breakage with these pencils.

Comfortable and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a school teacher to elementary age kids and I love these pencils! They are more convenient than traditional pencils that require frequent sharpening. With these mechanical pencils, my lead is always sharp and ready to go. They are very comfortable in my hand. The erasers are long lasting, work great, and leave no smudges or dark spots (very important!). I like the bright classic colors. They fit great in my purse and in my planner. I appreciate that they are made of 65% recycled materials - very cool. If you do a lot of writing, or are tired of constantly having to stop to sharpen your pencils, give these a try!

Smooth writing

Great pencils

They are smooth to write with and the eraser works well. I haven't had to refill the lead yet but I think it will be easy and not an issue.

The write stuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my BIC Ecolutions™ Xtra Life Mechanical Pencil, Black, 12 Pack about a week ago. I am very familiar with BIC products and I definitely prefer mechanical pencils to traditional pencils. The plastic casing feels sturdy and thick. They are comfortable for writing and my niece has been using it to draw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bic has taken the step to supplement the sustainability of its long-lasting mechanical pencil. The package is made from 100% recycled material. Additionally, the pencil is made from 65% recycled plastic. This is Bic’s Revolution: “to write our planet’s future.” Great concept as we are all trying to reduce waste. Each pencil contains 3-.7mm leads which is what makes them long lasting. They are not refillable yet consumers can recycle the pencils, after they are empty of leads, through the Terracycle recycling program as indicated on the package. Considering they are attempting to reduce waste, I would have expected them to be refillable. Nevertheless, the pencil is light, has a comfortable grip and writes smoothly and smudge free. Even after erasing, the surrounding area remains clean. These features are important to me as I use pencils to create schedules that often get changed. I gave some to my daughter who is an engineer and she uses pencils daily at work for sketching, calculations and writing formulas. The lead is strong and not having to sharpen a pencil, makes this a better choice than the traditional wood pencil. I have not had them long enough to attest to their longevity, yet I recommend them because they are Eco-friendly and the pleasant writing experience.
