Case does not fit iPhone 13

The case does not fix my iPhone 13 it easily slips off providing no protection because of that the case is useless, tried to reach out to casemate to return it they never acknowledged my message or tried to help me return it

The case is beautiful but I’m afraid if I ever dropped my phone it want protect it because the case does not hold the phone snug it’s like the way the case has a made my phone is lifted out of the case wouldn’t recommend this one I have the iPhone 13
