(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a well built, very fast machine with the classic ergonomics of a ThinkPad. The 4K IPS screen at 800 nits is excellent for MS Office applications, and the Blackwell card adds some extra processing power which is nice. The only complaint, if there is one, is that it is heavy to carry around. All in it's my go-to now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not nearly as good as I expected. After budgeting for a high end performance laptop for awhile, it barely performs better then my previous $1000 laptop
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the ThinkPad P16 Gen 3 did not meet your performance expectations, especially given the investment you made in a high‑end system.
Performance can vary depending on configuration, workloads, and system settings, but we understand how disappointing it is when a premium device doesn’t feel like a meaningful upgrade over a previous laptop. Your feedback is important, and we’ll be sharing it with our product team to help improve future experiences. We recommend contacting our technical support team at 1-855-253-6686 so they can review your system settings and configuration to see if there are any adjustments that could help improve performance.
Regards,
Thomas, Lenovo
