Great sound!

Buds 3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy buds 3 pro is overall great product. I rated it 3 stars because of the fit. It keeps falling out even though I changed the ear tips 3 times to the 3 different sizes. This can get tiresome. The AI features are great for using the translation. I was excited to start using that feature. The buds 3 pro has great sound. The fit is the main reason its a 3/5 instead of a 5/5.

However, we understand that the fit has felt unstable, even after trying different ear tips. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with various sizes of ear tips, so it’s important to ensure you are using the right size for your ears. A proper fit prevents sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality.
If you need instructions on how to change the tips, please consult our guide for the Buds3 Pro. Once you have the right tips on your earbuds, follow these steps:
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings. You will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud.
2. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear, ensuring the "R" is facing you.
3. Insert the left bud (L) into your left ear, with the "L" also facing you.
4. Angle the earbuds slightly, so the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth instead of straight down.
5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel secure and comfortable.

Great sound but..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall as a earbuds go they work very well. Great sound for everything i listen to. From podcasts & music to audio books and the noise canceling is pretty spot on.
My only grow is that the boss randomly disconnect from my phone (S25 ultra & the main device I use them with) and sometimes won't reconnect until I put them back into the case to rest them.
Other than that they do what I want then to do.

Very good ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product. Works well and the updated noise cancellation s/w seems to work much better. Usually use if for music or books and phone calls when need more isolation from background noise. Only issue is that it is no longer part of the "wear" app on the Samsung phone. So have to actually look for the buds app to control features if needed. Not sure that Galaxy AI assists in using this though.

Good, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are good earphones and I enjoyed them for a while. The buds have good noise-canceling and the touch keys on the the buds were easy to use. After a while the right ear bud stopped charging and was all was dead so I would only have one full charged ear bud. Other then that the buds were good.
