Excellent sound quality with comfortable wearing experience. Sleek new design brings them to life. Battery has been as expected to slightly better than expected. Quick charging case is not just an added plus but a lifesaver for long wear times. Only complaint is the clear lid on the white case. I get why its clear but I don't look at the case enough to justify the odd look.

We hate to see that you've had some challenges with the fit of your buds. It's important to ensure that you have the correct size ear tips. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different sizes, and a proper fit should eliminate gaps between the ear tip and your ear. This helps prevent sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need guidance on changing the tips, please refer to our guide for the Buds3 Pro. When you have the right tips, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markings: “L” for left and “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. Angle the earbud slightly so that the microphone points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can also adjust the buds by rotating them until they feel comfortable. Additionally, consider running an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to confirm that you have the proper fit. We hope that these tips help. Hard to use the touch controls. The mic arms are constantly getting in the way when I have to put on my work safety gear. The ones I had would make a clicking noise every time I moved my head. The new design does not work for me.
