Bought 5 months ago and is broken. Ear buds won't charge anymore. Sent it for repair and samsung repair claims it has water damage. There is simply no way it can have water damage.
These earbuds never go near any water source. EVER. it sits in my work desk. SAMSUNG HAS LOST A LIFE LONG CUSTOMER! I have used Samsung for past decade and I will not be swindled.

Oh well samsung... can't deal with your buds anymore. I spend so much time taking my buds in and out of the charging case, just to get them to start charging. It is not a dirty connection, I have cleaning everything so meticulously. I restarted them 100x and no difference.
There is also the problem with people not being able to hear me when I have my left bud in... same thing happened to the buds 2 pro I had. Sorry but for a high-end ear bud, this product falls short.
The controls on this product are good. Its the only reason it didnt get 1 star.

If the buds are not charging properly, we do recommend checking the charging contacts for any sweat or liquid, as corrosion can affect charging performance. If charging continues to be inconsistent, restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case and pressing the Connect button for more than 3 seconds may help. For your concern about the call clarity with the left earbud, ensuring the earbuds are positioned correctly in your ears can improve microphone performance. The Buds3 Pro features multiple microphones to enhance voice pickup, but proper fit is crucial for the best functionality. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Do not buy. Not worth the price!

-Feels cheap. I feel like they are going to break apart if I drop them.
-Dosn't stay in my ears, even with the different sized pieces.
-Inconvenient "touch/button", I miss just simply tapping the headphone to activate commands.
-Poor battery life, haven't had it for more than 6 months, the case and headphone battery life is horrible.
-Doesn't block all noise. Even after adjusting settings, odd high pitch noises come through into my ears and it drives me insane.
-"copycat look" of airpods. They look like knock offs of airpods and the "arms" get in the way.
I will be trading these in the moment they are paid off...

The noise cancelation is top notch and the sound quality is great. My gripe is the touch controls can be weird to use while having both buds in. I'm not a fan of the stem design. There's a button on the bottom of the stem and it makes Switching songs a hassle sometimes. I prefer the touch controls and design from the original galaxy buds. Smaller and more discrete design over the very noticeable stem from the galaxy bud 3s
