High pitch ringing sound sometimes

Thank you for sharing your experience with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro offer immersive sound, intelligent noise control, and seamless connectivity with Galaxy devices for everyday listening. We understand that an intermittent high-pitched ringing sound can be uncomfortable and detract from your audio experience.
If you’re experiencing static noises while using one or both of your Galaxy Buds, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue. First, check for updates for both your earbuds and the connected phone or tablet to ensure that you have the latest software version.
If the static noise persists, try resetting the earbuds while they are connected to the Galaxy Wearable app. To do this, open the app, tap Earbuds settings, select General, then tap Reset. Confirm by tapping Reset again. Once the reset is complete, the earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
If you continue to experience static noise after following these steps, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG to schedule a service appointment. Your feedback is valuable and helps Samsung understand real-world sound performance. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Premium audio for Samsung users

The audio clarity is excellent, and the noise cancellation is top-tier for commutes or workouts. They are lightweight, comfortable for long listening sessions, and sync instantly with my gear. The case design could feel a bit sturdier, but the overall performance and smart features easily make up for it.

I use my buds every day at work, I move around and they barely move out of my ear they are confortable and the sound is amazing. Depending on my mood I adjust the sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose samsung for my headphones, watch, phone, chromebook and washer and dryer I know that when buying samsung I am getting the best product out there anytime I buy anything I make sure that samsung has it I have always loved samsung and I recommend it to everyone they always have the best quality and the best prices there are so many things I could say about samsung but dont have enough space if I could say anything to someone about to buy something is buy samsung u wont regret it and u definitely will absolutely love it
