They keep falling out , I've tried all the tips. Nothing keeps them secure .

We see that you may be experiencing some challenges keeping your buds from falling out even after trying out the additional tips they come with. To ensure the best fit, please check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional markings; you will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Additionally, you can run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure that you have the proper fit. We want you to have a great experience with your buds and hope these steps help. Great for the deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed Galaxy Bud pro 3's since upgrading. At the time Samsung was providing a trade-in promotion. Using the Buds is very simply, they quickly connect with my phone (flip 4) and the Galaxy AI is wonderful with the summary of texts and announcing calls. I use them when working outside, flights and simply listening to music. Calls are clear, even through windy conditions, the noise canceling is great for flights with crying kids. Overall I am very happy with them.

Great sound and fit with 1 flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to pair my new Galaxy S25 Ultra with a new set of Galaxy Buds Pro3.
Wow. I haven't used Samsung Buds since the Samsung Live bean shaped Buds. I like those but these are amazing.
The sound quality is top not. The noise canceling is better than my Sony XM4s and the fit is superb. I can't even feel them.
Controls are intuitive and I love the design of them.
But these Buds have 1 fatal flaw - removing the tips. I watched the video but ended up tearing 1 of the medium ear tips.
The reason I was removing them was to change to the small ones provided.
But it is truly difficult and a poor design. I think Samsung can improve on this design in the next iteration. Seeing that I will only do this once, I won't deduct a star.
This isn't just me, there are lots of people online saying the same thing.
Other than that, they are great!

Some of the best sound settings I've ever witnesse

Allows me to listen to everything going on while I'm still enjoying my favorite podcast and music.Even at work allowing me to still be able to do the same thing and still able to also take and give instruction clearly. By far the best headphones i have ever owned the versatility is amazing. Down to even that one is be bothered. The noise cancellation is great. Along with my S24 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 pairs and returned 2. It suddenly stopped charging, noise cancelation is not working all the time. During convention my voice breaking up. Quality of sound is okay.

For the charging concern, if one or both of your earbuds aren't charging or turning on, it might be related to the earbuds or the charging case. Using a charger that Samsung doesn’t approve of can lead to charging challenges, so it’s worth looking into. We recommend fully charging the case and checking the earbuds for any damage. Restarting the earbuds can also help resolve minor glitches. Regarding the noise cancellation feature, please ensure it’s turned on for optimal performance. I wear them when I do yard work and it gives me the sound needed to enjoy but when someone talk to me I don't have to removed them to speak. I also have the Buds 2 pro and I enjoy them as well. Watch 7, Galaxy 22+ and other Samsung products. Love the way the Buds can interact with them.
