They're ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time with them staying in no matter what size of the covers I use, they just keep slowly sliding off, other than that they're ok, except sometimes I have a hard time getting them to charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I typically do not utilize earbuds, I find their ease of operation and ability to facilitate simultaneous conversation and music playback to be highly advantageous. Furthermore, given my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, the potential for these devices to function as hearing aids provides a significant level of utility.

Regarding the case, we appreciate your feedback. To ensure you can easily place the earbuds back in, just position each bud into its corresponding slot, making sure the stems are facing down. Best Series so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had every Samsung headphones...including the dreaded beans. The Pro line was such a huge step. I was hesitant to go from the Pro to Pro 3 at first but so happy I did. I buy direct and always trade in for the next version. The Galaxy AI use with my S25 ultra makes the headphones the best set up out there. Bass is good, highs and mids are great out the box. ANC is possibly the best out of all the competition buds I've tried. I love Samsung!
