[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Galaxy Buds3 Pro are great. They have great sound quality. The bass is punchy and the treble is clear. I downloaded the Wavelet app through Android that improves the sound quality, and it is superb! The battery life on each bud is great. I highly recommend these.

We hate to see that your buds stopped charging suddenly. To help resolve this, please make sure you are using an approved charger, including the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter. Also, check that the earbuds are properly positioned in the charging case and inspect the charging contacts for any debris. Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If you continue to have difficulties after trying these steps, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin
