This product is flawed. The Buds can fail to charge from normal wear and tear like sweat. Plus Samsung will claim water damage and void the warrenty. Now I have an expensive ear bud that won't charge and Samsung charging almost the whole price of new buds to repair. You lost a customer today. No ear buds again from Samsung.

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Our goal is to make sure that each of our customers have the best experience possible. We hate to see that your buds have been having some challenges when it comes to charging them. We recommend checking that the charging contacts are free from debris and moisture. Additionally, please ensure that you are using official Samsung chargers for charging them. The earbuds are not waterproof and are not suitable for use in water. If they get some sweat or rain on them, you should clean them immediately. When drying off the earbuds, remove as much water as possible by patting the earpiece, microphone, touchpad, touch sensor, and charging contacts with a clean, soft cloth. You should also shake the earbuds to help remove excess water. After drying off the earbuds, allow them to air-dry for at least 12 hours or an entire day before using them. if you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After several weeks with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, I'm impressed by how well they balance high-fidelity audio, smart features, and everyday usability. The sound quality is rich and dynamic, boasting punchy bass, clear mids, and crisp highs, so they stand shoulder-to-shoulder with top-tier earbuds like the Sennheiser Momentum TW 4 and Technics AZ80. Noise cancellation and passive isolation work well, especially against low-frequency sounds like city hum or airplane engines. While the ANC isn’t the absolute best in its class, it’s very effective in most real-world scenarios. Transparency mode is equally strong, offering natural ambient sound when needed. Comfort is a highlight, lightweight buds, secure fit, and an IP57 rating mean you can use them through long days or workouts with confidence. The nine-band EQ and 360° spatial audio effectively let you customize sound to your taste, particularly when plugged into a Samsung device. Innovative controls elevate the experience: stem pinch gestures for playback and noise control, slide volume control, and responsive voice commands like “volume up” or “next song” without needing a wake phrase. The microphone performance deserves praise too, clear voice capture during calls or meetings, with AI-powered enhancements that improve clarity. Battery life on the buds lasts around 5–6 hours per charge (depending on ANC use), with the case boosting total playtime to about 30 hours.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sound quality but not really enthused about the battery life. I wish the batteries lasted longer

It's great to hear from you, BigAnt. Your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro is greatly appreciated. It's reassuring to see that you love the sound quality that they provide, but we want you to enjoy your experience as long as possible. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro provide up to 26 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. To conserve battery power on your earbuds and ensure they last when you need them most, store them in their charged case with the cover closed when not in use. Additionally, adjust the notification settings through the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone, or if using iOS, modify the settings in the Galaxy Buds app. We hope that these tips help optimize your buds' battery life. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, better than I expected and I’ve been able to use Galaxy AI and it works perfect.
I don't like the light on the side. It makes you noticeable at night

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Erald. We noted your concern regarding the new blade lights. Those blade lights serve an important purpose as they indicate the current status of the earbuds. They light up when you open and close the charging case, when pairing with your Galaxy device, or when searching for your earbuds. If you find the lights a bit too bright at night, you have the option to customize them. By pressing and holding the earbuds when they are not in use, or by using the Galaxy Wearable app, you can adjust the lighting to suit your preference. You can choose between Blinking, Fade In and Out, or Steady. Additionally, these lights can be beneficial for safety, helping to make you more visible in low-light situations. We appreciate your feedback and are always here to help! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Buds3 Pro to replace a pair of beats earbuds. Sound quality is at least twice as good. Great bass for such small drivers. Noise canceling is great. Haven't used them in a call yet so can't comment on that aspect. Overall I'd take these 10 times over the beats.
