Not Samsung's greatest offering

Not great. Every time I'm on a call with them the party on the other side of the call says that I sound like I'm far away even though the buds are connected and noise cancelling is off. Also, when I pull one out of my ear it makes a loud screeching noise. The case stopped charging wirelessly for about a month, still charged by the cord and then suddenly it started working again with no changes to wireless charger. Must have been a firmware update issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned and loved every generation of Galaxy Buds, and the Buds 3 Pro are the best yet for so many reasons!
It goes without saying in a review about earbuds that the sound is the main concern, and the good news is that the sound quality on these is incredible! Samsung's best sound yet, in my opinion.
However, my favorite parts are the other features! One of the most useful for me is the amazing noise canceling for calls. Often, I have been on a call with my wife while riding my bike on a windy day, and she will hear my voice as clear as if I was sitting on my couch indoors.
Also, the new Galaxy AI features that work with these earbuds when connected to a Samsung phone come in handy all the time! I use the interpreter/translator quite often at my work when helping people who don't speak English, and it works really well in my experience! Definitely recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of all the ear buds ive tried and had these are the only ones that have the best sound and features, combined with Galaxy Ai to where I can activate them whenever and they just stay in, every other earbuds fall out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved these headphones. I can move around, even run, and they don't fall out. I've struggled with some headphones in the past, as they usually get uncomfortable after prolonged use. These are very comfortable, and the battery lasts my entire workday. I would definitely buy another pair if necessary.

Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd just recently gotten my Galaxy Buds3 Pro. While I was still using my Galaxy Buds2 Pro, these, so far, were significantly better.
I could hear pretty well on the Buds2 Pro but these sounded clearer. I called my brother and he said it's the best I've ever sounded.
Most importantly, are the fit. I typically can't wear Earbuds because most don't fit my ears well. I usually prefer ear hooks or loops. These, so far have a good feel and seal. Hopefully, my ears continue to cooperate.
Lastly, they seem to have nice features like Galaxy AI, that I have yet to try since I've only used them for the first time a couple of days ago. So far, so good...
