Great ear buds, lackluster software compatibility

Needs ALOT of future updating, fit is fantastic, the part that sticks out is actually really cool and useful. The limited no key word voice commands (play music, answer call) are pretty cool but not voice specific. With testing, anyone in the vicinity saying the phrase "play music" would force it to start playing. Charging case is a bit bigger and the ear buds fit in very well and dont fall out very easy. Haven't played with it much but still would love to see tracking or even a beeping alert system to make finding them a bit easier if you misplace them. Notification read-out is still very limited and currently only available with Samsungs texting which is a huge bummer as I prefer Googles texting platform wayyyyy more. Overall given some time im sure the software will be updated and get better, the ear buds and case so far are really really good though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Noise Cancelling feature makes these buds a must h

From allowing for an enjoyable flight free of cabin noises to the discerning need for high quality music these are my go too replacing ver good over the ear headphones, comfortable just ensure you test for proper seal in the app. Works great for hands free phone calls and virtual meetings. Great value and performance.

There's also a high pitched half second screech when putting both earbuds in. This occurs after about every 10 uses.

For the random switching of songs or videos, we recommend ensuring that the sensors on your earbuds are clean, as debris can affect their performance. Additionally, make sure your earbuds are updated to the latest software version, as updates can enhance functionality. Regarding the high-pitched screech, when using Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive, or Ambient Sound modes, the sound from the sub-microphone adjusts based on the noise control mode. If you accidentally touch or cover that area while putting the earbuds in or adjusting them, it may trigger that sound. The sound is just incredible – I'm talking rich bass and super crisp highs that make all my music sound amazing. And the Active Noise Cancellation? It's like magic, instantly shutting out the world when I need to focus. But then, if I need to hear what's going on around me, Ambient Sound mode kicks in flawlessly. They're also super comfy to wear all day, and the voice detection for calls is a genius touch. Honestly, I'm obsessed!
