I use them a ton when traveling and airport background noise has always been an issue. The Buds Pro3 take all those issues away. Can't say enough amazing things about these. Can't wait to buy the Buds Pro4!!!

However, we see that you may be experiencing some challenges trying to get your buds to charge. If your Samsung Galaxy Buds are not charging, start by cleaning the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a dry cloth. Ensure the charging cable and case are from Samsung and are properly connected. If the concern persists, try restarting the earbuds and checking for any debris in the charging pins. Be sure to check out the link for additional troubleshooting steps if needed. Keep in mind that Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. MANY features that customize the buds to yoU

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds Pro3 has features that will setup your buds to your ears and your hearing. I keep mine in Dynamic setting at work and they protect my ears when in noisy environment and open up when in the office so I can hear people easily and clearly, almost like they enhance hearing in quiet areas.
They ran thru the wash machine once and no issues!
I can't wait to travel abroad and hear the instant translator feature with Galaxy AI controls.

Poor quick switch integration. Constantly either not switching devices when I want it to, and switching when I don't want them to. Other than that they are great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds 3 Pro are the best buds on the market, I even bought a second pair, battery life is awesome but I like having a pair ready to use at all times ...the sound quality destroys all competition...even the popular red fruit AirPods. Feature rich with amazing noise cancelation. Seamless integration eith Galaxy AI. The quality cannot be overstated...I hear dynamics in music that I normally only hear using my expensive over ear studio cans. I can't wait to see what innovations come about in the next generation of buds pro!!!

Loving these new Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Samsung buds exclusively for years now and each new option just keeps getting better.
That stands true for the new style Galaxy Buds 3 Pros I've been using for about 3 weeks now. I was a bit hesitant with new design but find the elongated portions to be a delight to use. And they illuminate which is just awesome.
These fit perfectly in my average (?) sized ears. No slippage, fatigue or ear canal discomfort with wearing most of the day.
I use them for 4 or 5 hours then placed in the charging case for 30 minutes for lunch and finish the 4 or 5 hours of the day with plenty of juice to even wear them on my 40 minute drive home, haven't died on me yet.
I am still playing with the Galaxy AI option but it's impressive so far.
It should be no surprise that the sound of these are amazing too, Samsung Galaxy Buds have always been at or near the top compared to other brands and these are even better sounding, probably because they fit and stay better than the other ones I have used.
Thanks Samsung for continuing to improve even when your already leading the pack.
