[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was just hoping for something I could listen to music on long trips where I wasn't driving, or have a phone conversation that I could hear and speak clearly on. I got much more. The noise cancellation is superb, but being able to actually hear noise around me when I want to is extraordinary for me as well. The sound clarity for music, movies, or voice is also very good. The best headset investment I have made in probably 20 years.

Amazingly customizable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds every day in multiple environments. Loud and quiet, typically shifting from one to the other quickly. The buds have no problem switching on and off the adaptive noise canceling when I have to collaborate with my team.
The battery life is great, they last me all day easily and I simply put them on the charger when I get home.
The case is very durable. It has withstood multiple drops with very little damage.

Galaxy AI is the best

This feature is incredibly useful for my work, allowing me to communicate with clients from various linguistic backgrounds seamlessly.
