Best pair of earrings buds ive owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive gone through a lot of ear buds but these are definitely my top favorite, hands down great quality and sick features 👌 🙌 👏 💯. 10/10 recommend and wouldn't have it any other way . I also work in the restaurant industry , and these are perfect for what I do . Thanks again samsung for making such a dope piece 👌

Amazing sound and crisp quality

When I bought my Samsung galaxy s 25 ultra, I decided it was time to give the galaxy buds a shot....why I waited so long, is beyond me, but I should have purchased them sooner. These earbuds have been amazing and probably some of the best I've had, using galaxy AI has been awesome as well with these buds and I cant wait to dive deeper into the features Galaxy AI offers.

Wont charge ear buds

Like most people, ear buds wont charge. Just a red blinking light. Help just says clean dirt and dry them out. Sigh, second set i have had and same thing. Dont know why i keep trying samsung ear buds. Last two have not worked. I will stick to cheaper ones. Paying top dollar isnt worth it if this is what we get.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We hate to see that you may be experiencing some challenges trying to charge your buds and want to ensure you're having the best experience possible. If the charging case's battery indicator light is flashing red, it may indicate an interruption during charging. To ensure proper charging, please use the included USB cable along with a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately), and ensure the earbuds are positioned correctly in the case. It’s also important to keep the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case clean and free of dust or debris that might affect charging. Additionally, check for any damage to the case, earbuds, and charger. Remember, Samsung offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects, and you can also add Samsung Care+ for extended protection and support on eligible devices. Galaxy Buds Pro 3 - a step above in audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Precious to the Buds 3 Pro I had used the Buds Pro and a pair of Sony Buds. I have to say, comparatively, the Buds 3 Pro have phenomenal sound quality and great battery life. The integration of AI in the Buds makes things like getting answers quickly and clearly and translations a breeze. The battery life is exceptional, however there are a couple of things to be aware of. If you are using all of the features it will limit the battery life (even with everything on and watching movies, i manage to get about 8 hours of battery life) and when charging the Buds in the case you have to be careful to make sure they are seated or they won't fully charge. I have found that wiping off the contact points on the Buds and slowly placing them in the carrier gives a better seating and more reliable charge. Even the noise reduction and ambient sound are above par. I have used mine in noisy and quiet environments and sound quality is good.
