Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, August 11, 2025
It's awesome to hear from you, Courtney. We really appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We take pride in delivering the best experience with our devices, and we understand that having a proper fit is crucial for enjoying your earbuds. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro come with different-sized ear tips, so the first step is to ensure you have the right size for your ears. It's important that the tips fit snugly without any gaps between your ear and the ear tip, as this helps avoid sound leaks and ensures optimal audio quality. If you need instructions for changing the tips, please check out our guide for the Buds3 Pro tips. Once you have the correct tips on your buds, follow these steps for proper insertion: Check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks, which will show an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and then insert the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbud so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth, rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. Additionally, you can run an earbud fit test in the Galaxy Wearable app to ensure you have the proper fit. If you still have concerns about the fit or anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've lost my earbuds 3 pro 4 times and have found them every time thanks to the accurate find my earbuds which refreshes quite alot. Has good noise cancelation and 360 audio.
Only qualm is how it slips from the ear.
I don't use Galaxy ai alot using my earbuds but on my z flip 6 its amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI works well. Only issue is that that buds still slip out my ears. Regardless of the gel inputs or size, they will slip out. However, they are comfortable.

The noise canceling can be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that I like earbuds these are the very comfortable sitting your ear working out is just perfect I guess the only thing I can say about these when I turn on the noise canceling it really is not really noise canceling I still can hear my surroundings very faint . I've used noise canceling of other devices buds and you could not hear one thing if you guys can improve that I really think these are really the most perfect buds and just a note this is the first earbuds that I can hear the collar and they can hear me with the clear voice I have had any buds do that!

The Best Sounding Buds Yet Plus More
on August 9, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased quite a few Earbuds and I have say the Galaxy Bud3 Pro's are the best I have owned. First, the impressive sound quality is unmatched. The AI Personalized Sound Feature gives quality sounding highs, midranges and lows like none other. The sound is like an open air concert. The ease and functionality of the controls is seamless. The AI Voice Optimization adjusts the way your voice is picked up during calls based on the surrounding environment is also very impressive. These are by far the best earbuds I have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take my buds3 pro everywhere, and I love so much how the noise cancelation works, I could be in middle of a noisy party but with these I only hear my music and is so nice.
Also, they work nice when I activate the Galaxy AI, because I dont even have to take my phone out to use it.
