Response from Samsung USBy R&R Team, August 12, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, Jones! It seems you are facing some challenges with background noise. The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are equipped with both Adaptive Sound and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) features to enhance your listening experience. Adaptive Sound uses advanced Galaxy AI to analyze your environment and automatically adjust the audio levels and ANC settings. This means that if you are in a quieter space, the earbuds will optimize the sound accordingly. However, if there is more noise around you, they are designed to block it out. If you want to ensure that no sound comes through while using ANC, be sure to consider turning off the Adaptive Sound feature. Also, be sure to try out the additional bud tips that come with your buds. We hope you give the Galaxy Buds3 Pro another chance to demonstrate their true capabilities! For any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a passionate Samsung user, I'm always looking for ways to enhance my daily routine with their innovative technology. The Samsung Buds 3 Pro are a perfect example of this, seamlessly integrating into my life with a blend of style, comfort, and advanced features.
I use my Samsung devices for everything – from streaming my favorite shows and movies on my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, to staying connected with work and school on my Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Buds 3 Pro have become an essential part of this ecosystem.
The sound quality is a significant step up, with a rich, detailed audio experience that makes listening to music or a podcast truly immersive. The new stem design is comfortable and secure, even during my morning runs, and the enhanced active noise cancellation (ANC) is a game-changer. It automatically adjusts to my surroundings, a brilliant feature powered by Galaxy AI. For instance, it can detect the siren of an ambulance and momentarily adjust the noise cancellation to let me hear it, ensuring my safety without me having to fumble with settings. I can also use Galaxy AI to get real-time translations during conversations, which has been incredibly useful when traveling.
Overall, the Samsung Buds 3 Pro are a remarkable upgrade. They not only deliver premium sound and comfort but also leverage the power of Galaxy AI to make my daily routines more efficient, safe, and enjoyable. They are a must-have for any Samsung enthusiast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are now my favorite ear buds! The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with Galaxy AI offer rich, immersive sound and smart features like real-time translation and Adaptive EQ, especially when paired with a Galaxy device. The new stem design improves touch controls, while AI-enhanced call quality and solid ANC make them great for daily use. However, ANC can be inconsistent, and the fit may not suit everyone—especially during workouts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant about upgrading my buds from pro 2 to pro 3 mostly because of the design. I really like the concealment of the 2's. After using the 3's for a week I was sold and I love everything about them from the charging case, the sound, and design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro Review – My Experience
I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the overall experience. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with rich bass and crisp highs. The active noise cancellation works extremely well — it blocks out background noise without making the audio feel unnatural.
One of my favorite features is the comfortable fit. Even during long listening sessions, the buds stay secure without causing ear fatigue. The touch controls are responsive, making it easy to change tracks, adjust volume, or switch between noise canceling and ambient modes.
Battery life is excellent. I can go through a full day of mixed use without worrying about charging, and the quick-charge feature is handy when I need a fast top-up. The case feels premium, and the compact size makes it easy to carry.
The integration with my Samsung devices is seamless — I can quickly switch between my phone, tablet, and watch without manual pairing.
Pros:
• Excellent sound quality with strong bass
• Effective noise cancellation
• Comfortable, secure fit
• Long battery life with quick charge
• Smooth integration with Samsung ecosystem
Cons:
• Touch controls can be too sensitive at times
• Premium price compared to some competitors
Final Thoughts:
The Galaxy Buds3 Pro are a great choice for anyone who values high-quality sound, strong noise cancellation, and tight integration with Samsung devices. For me, they’ve been worth the investm
