Great product but poor fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose galaxy buds 3 because of my previous experience with prior models. I love the sync with the phone and watch but don't really like the fit. Not as stay in place as prior model.

Excellent Audio & Ecosystem Connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose these earbuds because I needed a reliable pair for work and daily use. The sound quality is excellent, and the battery life easily gets me through long shifts. I work out in the field, so having strong noise cancellation is essential, and it has worked flawlessly to block out background disruptions.
The color option looks great and perfectly matches my other Samsung devices. I also love how smoothly they switch connection between my phone and my laptop. After about 10 months of daily wear, they did stop working, but the replacement process was entirely hassle-free through one visit for drop off and other for new pair pick up (kudos to Samsung services).

This product has amazing features!

I like how you can set different settings for them and you can still hear what's going on around you and whatever you're listening to at the same time. They really are so amazing and I can't wait to get an upgraded pair!!

The way it fits perfectly too just scratches something in my brain that feels GREAT. I honestly just LOVE samsung products over the big I ... if you know what im talking about haha but seriously Samsung android over everything thats my team.
Whenever I use my buds whether its for music or watching shows, movies, etc. The audio is just great. I can hear not only clearly but I can also switch and mess with the audio capabilities and I can hear background noises if i want to be aware of my surroundings but if i want an indepth movie viewing, then I can have that too and just not be disturbed. which is AWESOME.

Just all around I love this product, especially when paired or not even paired with my samsung s26 phone, it still is a banger . No CAP, I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.
Also, I totally forgot to mention how the buds can be used as hearing aids too?! Get a load of that yall, now you don't need different products, you can just use that! Wow how great huh!

I chose these because look unique

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose these because the looked very unique compared to airpods. I like the light on them. And the silver looks really clean and unique. I guess the bud 4s look more unique but I can't afford those. That leads to my next point, they are pretty cheap for earbuds this good. The app is super simple to use and works great. The durability for these are really good and quite drop resistance without the buds flying out. So overall these are super good earbuds.

Charging issue

I've already cleaned the contacts, but the problem persists. While it's working for now, I wanted to report this issue because I really like the product and hope to get it resolve

The product have a grate sound and multy use

Whenever I need to play games online or a call, theyr grate sound, for me and the other line, the grip and how comfortable they are to use.
