We will include a link to the manual for visual reference. For detailed instructions on how to use the pinch and swipe gestures effectively, please refer to pages 24 and 25 of the manual. Since you have concerns about the fit, be sure to try out the additional earbud tips that come with your buds. You can also use the Fit Test feature in the Wearable app to find the best fit for you. Additionally, for customizing the sound to your personal preference, don’t forget to use the Equalizer feature. You can select from several different equalizer options and enjoy the same music with a different and unique sound. Sound is phenomenal but don't take them to the gym. The slightest moisture ticks off the case and renders then useless. Opened a case with Samsung who sent me to ubreakifix for repair who then told me they lack the hardware to make repairs and there's really nothing they can do. Waste of my time
