Best buds I have owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned other brand pro ear buds (bitten fruit) and they are nice for sure, but these Galaxy buds are next level. The Galaxy AI features are top notch with the live translate and auracast. I can't leave my house without these buds in my pocket or I know I'll be having a bad day. The ANC is fantastic, and the ambient mode is perfect for every day use. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing some OG Galaxy buds for years but my daughter and I decided to upgrade when the new buds 3 pro came out because they seem to have wonderful features. Well they aren't the best. No matter what ear tip I use they just don't stay in well. So, wearing them well I exercise is a big fat no because the second I start sweating they fall right out of my ears and from that point on they have to go in my bag because they refuse to stay in while I'm perspiring. The next big problem is the fact that they consistently don't charge. You think they're charging until you get the notice that they stopped charging. I have to wipe them out with a q-tip which sometimes helps but I shouldn't have to do maintenance every single day with a freaking q-tip and alcohol. I wore my old Galaxy buds and I probably cleaned them twice in 5 years lmao. I am terribly unhappy with these earbuds and I wish I had my old ones back 😓

Thank you so much for being a loyal Galaxy Buds user since the very beginning! We truly appreciate your feedback and time in sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We do see that you have some concerns about the fit and battery charging. It sounds like you've already tried different ear tips for a better fit, which is great. To help with that further, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right. Make sure you insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the bud slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust the fit by rotating them forward and backward until it feels just right. Don’t forget to run the earbud fit test to ensure everything is set up perfectly! Regarding the charging, we're attaching a link for additional troubleshooting options that should help resolve this. We understand that this can be frustrating and we hope this helps. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't gotten to try out the "galaxy AI" features yet due to the limitations of the A35, but they soujd amazing and are so responsive , as well as, super amplified when used with the poweramp equalizer.
