Amazing sound and smart features! One small flaw..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3 for a little while now, and overall, I’m really impressed. The first thing I noticed was the sound quality—it’s excellent. Music sounds clear, the bass is strong without being too much, and even phone calls come through crisp and natural.
I also really like the new Galaxy AI features. They make the experience feel smarter and more personalized, especially with things like real-time translation and adaptive sound. It’s definitely a nice touch that makes these feel like more than just regular earbuds.
One thing I do wish Samsung would improve is the Find My Buds feature. While it’s helpful to have, I’ve noticed the location tracking isn’t always accurate if I misplace just one bud outside of the case. It seems to update based on where the case is, not the actual bud, which can be a little frustrating when you’re trying to track one down.
That being said, I still think the Galaxy Buds Pro 3 are a great buy. Between the amazing sound, the AI features, and the comfortable fit, I’m really happy with them overall.

Great Calls - Great Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, these buds are great for calls. The listener doesn't even know I'm using earbuds. And the sound on my end is amazing. Finally, earbuds with bass! My only issue is that I can't figure out how to get the touch controls to work. For now, I'm just using my phone for the controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like the new shape of the earbuds, which keep falling out of my ears, despite switching out the actual ear tips to try each size out. I don't like the fact that when I'm using my Galaxy Ai app, the volume automatically cuts to half strength/power, so I can barely hear it when I'm out in public, with one earbud in. So far, the
I loved the battery life on it, and I like that it works seamlessly with my Samsung Gala S23 Ultra, and the range on them. I can go from my bedroom to the kitchen, and still be paired to my phone. My Beats Fit Pro earbuds fit the best in my ears, but they don't have the same range as the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro do.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We appreciate knowing that you’ve tried out the different ear tips to find the right fit. To get the best performance, check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks. You’ll see an “L” for the left ear and an “R” for the right. When inserting them, place the R bud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the L bud in your left ear with the “L” facing you. Angle them slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth. You can also rotate the earbuds back and forth to find the most comfortable fit. We recommend running the earbud fit test to ensure they're properly fitted. As for the volume concern with the Galaxy AI app that you are referring to, please check the sound settings for that specific app and look for any updates in the Wearable app. If the volume still seems off, we're here to help, so don’t hesitate to reach out to Samsung Support. Amazing sound but fit weird

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds, they are definitely a upgrade of the 2 pros I used to have. Sound amazing the anc is much better at blocking out sounds. My one issue with them is that even with the multiple ear tips they still don't fit in my ears correctly and eventually fall out after a bit especially when I am working out. I wish Samsung still put the little tails on the earbuds to help with people who have ears like mine.

I travel alot so I always need music, they are super comfortable for long listening sessions! Highly recommend!
