Great Sound, but..
on September 15, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds produce some excellent sound. Whether it be listening to YouTube videos or music, they work really well. The noise cancelation and ambient sound also work well, about as well as one could expect from a premium earbud and not an over the ear headphone.
I wish that the touch controls worked better. I had the original galaxy buds and the touch was a great feature. I could change what my earbuds did in the wearables app, but not so much with these. The click works, when I am able to find the spot on the earbud. I also wish that they would read my notifications to me like my previous galaxy buds did. They would tell me who was calling, or that I had gotten a text message.
Overall, great product. My only concerns are personal preferences, and not anything against the product themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds work wonderfully with other sumsung devices. I really love the purple color and the premium feel of the earbuds. They're also super durable because I've accidentally put them in the washer twice and they still function perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are excellent. AI tech is above and beyond. I use these as a hearing support similar to hearing aids . Love all the features ANC Ambient sound etc. I can listen to music and still have a conversation. These were a great purchase . Battery life could be better

Powerful sound and amazing features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung device completely exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is so powerful and clear that listening to music feels like having a live concert right next to me. Every note and every detail comes through beautifully, creating a truly emotional experience.
One of the features I love the most is the Silent Mode combined with Ambient Sound. Being able to switch seamlessly between total focus and awareness of my surroundings is incredible. It makes daily life so much easier and safer without sacrificing sound quality.
Galaxy AI also enhances my overall experience, making the device smarter and more helpful in my everyday routines. Whether I am streaming, working, or relaxing with music, it adapts perfectly to what I need.
This product is more than just technology—it delivers real emotion and convenience in every moment. I can confidently say this has been one of the most impressive and moving tech experiences I have ever had.

Amazing new feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy ai in my buds are pretty cool ive used the ai dozens of times. I live the look, the feel and the performance of my buds 3 pro and the only downside is the pinch controls are sometimes iffy at work due to working at an ice company and constantly having wet hands.
