We also love that the Galaxy AI has worked great for you! We recommend trying out the automatic noise adjustment feature. Your Galaxy Buds3 Pro can adjust audio automatically, including Ambient sound, Adaptive sound, and Active noise canceling. These options make listening to music or taking calls more enjoyable. Small buds, big sound

The sound is rich and balanced—music, podcasts, and even calls come through crystal clear. The noise cancellation is excellent too; I can tune out background chatter whether I’m commuting, at the gym, or working from home.
The comfort level is another win. They’re lightweight, fit snugly, and I can wear them for hours without any ear fatigue. Pairing with my Galaxy phone was seamless, and the Galaxy AI integration is surprisingly useful—I’ve used it for real-time translations, adjusting sound profiles automatically, and even optimizing noise control depending on my environment.
Battery life has been great, and the charging case is sleek and portable. These buds slip right into my daily routine, whether I’m taking calls, binging a show, or just zoning out to music.
Overall, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are small but mighty. They’re reliable, powerful, and make listening effortless. For me, they’ve been the perfect companion to my Galaxy phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although it is already a 1 year old device, the S24 ultra is still an amazing device to hold and use. The premium titanium build makes it feels solid when holding, and durable for everyday use. The big screen with amazing colors is perfect for a pocket media device, peformance is excellent, with the additional AI features, it is already so convienient for daily task and actions. Usung it daily is just amazing, and the battery is just right for me to do everything i need to do throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my earbuds whether im watching videos or listening to music they are amazing. Only downside is the availability of a case replacement. I won't fault them for that as its just bad luck but wish i could get one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using my Galaxy Buds3 Pro for almost 2 weeks now and I love them! I wear them for my outdoor runs and at the gym mostly. The fit is great, I haven't had any issues with them falling out which was one issue I had with my last pair of buds. Excited to use them more and learn more of the features such as the Galaxy AI

We see that you may be experiencing some challenges getting your buds to charge. To start, please ensure you are using an approved charger. Use the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately) for charging. It's important to check that the earbuds are seated properly in the case; if they are not fully in their designated spots, the charging contacts won't connect, preventing the earbuds from charging. Additionally, make sure the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds themselves are clean and free of debris. Dust, wax, or other buildup on these contacts can inhibit charging. Samsung provides a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturer's defects. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and support. If you continue to experience difficulties after troubleshooting, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for further assistance. -Kelvin
