When paired with a Galaxy device, these features work together to provide clear, stable sound and a dependable connection. Check that each earbud is oriented correctly and fitted properly in the right ear. If necessary, switch out the tips for a better fit to reduce audio leaks. Verify your device's volume level and increase it on your phone if needed, using the Volume up button. If the volume is maxed but sound remains low, it’s probably because the phone and earbuds have separate volume controls. Clear high quality sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily use the buds 3 pro for gym workouts. ANC works well as long as you get a good seal/correct size ear tips.
Pairing with a Samsung phone that supports ssc v2 (the uhq setting), the buds are possibly the best sound quality experience on the tws market. Using a high quality music source, the high bitrate support creates a bright and clear sound that sounds better than much more expensive competitors. The Galaxy AI adaptive noise control is so interesting. It can adjust to your surroundings and create a better experience. Highly recommend if you have a higher end Samsung phone to pair with these buds.

The previous model was better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI works great and it's easy to access. The quality sounds from previous models has improved especially for calls. However this design it's uncomfortable and the fit it's worst one out of all the galaxy buds I've ever own. I got a free case with my order so that was nice but overall I wish I would've kept my galaxy buds 2 pro.
