After about a year they have completely failed. Mic doesn't function. Speakers pop. Connection drops. The Pro 2s I have still function totally fine. I regret the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Place the earbuds into their designated slots in the case and close the lid. Please note that if the battery is fully drained, the case or earbuds may take at least 20 to 30 minutes to turn on.
