Good ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that words do not really merit the capabilities of these hearing aids. In particular, I find them comfortable, powerful and with good functions. The use of tactile controls is very intuitive and easy to use.

Terrible battery

Battery life is no where close to what's claimed, mine fully charged ran down in 2 hours when listening to music and the bud and tha case runs down in a few days without even being used

bad connection to windows and Samsung phone

disappointing product. I had before live buds and they were great. Never had issues with connecting them to window, phone or any other device. These one, Buds3 pro are a nightmare. half of the days do not want to connect to windows even are not connected to other device, not even paired or if they connect, the sound is not coming by, or only from some applications When connecting to phone, also a Samsung, loose connection by their own will.
